Department

The Project Manager is part of the department “Strategic Project Management” (SPM) within the Strategic Product & Business Development (SP&BD) domain. The SPM team currently consists of the Manager SPM and three project managers/project management officers. The team is responsible for leading strategic, multidisciplinary (often international) projects in close collaboration with departments across Robeco, including Sales & Marketing, Investments, Product Management, Operations, IT, Compliance, Legal, and Risk. Projects are typically initiated by the Executive Committee (ExCo) and span the following categories:

Mergers & acquisitions (implementation of acquisitions/divestments)
Strategic internal restructuring
New business/operating models
Regulatory implementation with significant cross-departmental impact
