Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.  6+ years of technology experience, including at least 3 years in a trading environment.  Proven track record of building and deploying risk management software in production, both for End of day and live risk  Hands-on development experience with Python, web development is a plus.  Exposure to risk solutions across asset classes; familiarity with credit products preferred.  Experience with risk factor modeling, P&L attribution, and scenario analysis.  Strong database skills (SQL and/or NoSQL), with experience in query optimization and data management.  Familiarity with messaging technologies such as Kafka and working knowledge of DevOps practices (CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, Git).  Experience delivering full-stack applications in Agile development environments.  Strong initiative, entrepreneurial mindset, and ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.  Collaborative approach with the ability to partner effectively across levels of seniority.  ​ABOUT APOLLO Apollo is a high-growth, global alternative asset manager.
