Proven record of designing, developing, and deploying production-grade trading systems that emphasize reliability, fault tolerance, and maintainability. Broad exposure to trading technologies and workflows across asset classes, including market data ingestion, order management, execution, and post-trade analytics. Deep expertise in transaction cost analysis (TCA), P&L attribution, risk factor modeling, and order routing, combined with a strong understanding of market structure, liquidity dynamics, and exchange protocols. Practical experience implementing event-driven architectures and event sourcing to enable high-throughput, observable, and auditable systems with strong temporal consistency. Strong technical foundation in microservices design, distributed systems, and data streaming platforms (e.g., Aeron, Kafka, Pulsar, or equivalent), emphasizing loose coupling, horizontal scalability, and resilience. Hands-on experience with performance optimization, including profiling, asynchronous processing, caching strategies, and data pipeline tuning; ultra-low-latency experience a plus but not a requirement.
