ABOUT YOUR ROLE As an Advisor Compensation, you will:

Advise and support HR partners on compensation matters across key areas including talent acquisition, talent management, information systems, employee experience and global mobility

Participate in the compensation benchmarking activities for Canada, US, UK and Hong Kong by analyzing market data, identifying trends, summarizing findings and formulating recommendations

Actively support the year-end compensation cycle by gathering relevant information from various sources and preparing analyses to inform recommendations. This also includes setting up HR systems, validating data, preparing custom reports, and generating compensation statements while ensuring accuracy, consistency, and a seamless process

Support the review of the job evaluation and career architecture processes to ensure alignment with organizational objectives in close collaboration with stakeholders

Contribute to the design, implementation and continuous improvement of compensation-related initiatives such as pay equity analysis, compensation communications and process optimization

Leverage compensation data and HR systems to create dashboards, reports and presentations that support strategic decision-making throughout the year

Ensure data integrity and governance by acting as a trusted custodian of compensation data, conducting regular audits, and applying best practices in data management

Contribute to cross-functional initiatives and ad-hoc deliverables within the Compensation team

WHAT YOU’LL NEED Five (5) to seven (7) years of relevant experience; experience in consulting or financial services is an asset

University degree in human resources, business administration, actuarial sciences or other relevant field of study

Excellent analytical skills, experience with data analysis and detail-oriented

Demonstrate a high level of discretion, professionalism and integrity

Able to navigate a fast-paced environment with flexibility and a high level of autonomy

Possess strong organizational skills, manage competing priorities while respecting deadlines   

Expert knowledge of Excel, as well as other tools of the MS Office suite

Knowledge of Workday is an asset

Knowledge of Pay equity legislation is an asset

Bilingualism: English and French (frequent interactions in English with PSP employees based in our offices in Hong Kong, London and New York, and interactions in French with employees in our local offices in Montreal and Ottawa)
