The Opportunity 

  • Lead Targeted InitiativesIndependently manage smaller-scale product enhancements or ad-hoc initiatives from concept through implementation, championing the voice of the customer
  • Research & AnalysisConduct competitive benchmarking, performance analysis, and customer insight reviews to identify trends and opportunities
  • Enable InnovationContribute to emerging propositions, including telematics and resilience-focused solutions, by supporting analysis, business case development, and financial modeling
  • Cross-Functional CollaborationWork with underwriting, pricing, data science, claims, marketing, operations, risk and IT to ensure smooth delivery of product changes
  • Performance MonitoringAssist in tracking KPIs, operational metrics, and customer experience data to inform continuous improvement
  • Product GovernanceActively manage the product review roadmap, ensuring adherence to processes, templates and controls, while identifying opportunities to streamline the governance framework
  • Market AwarenessMaintain regular updates on competitor and industry developments to support proactive product positioning
