Access and Catalogue Engineering is playing a critical role in enabling secure, efficient, and compliant access to our organization's resources and applications. As the backbone of our identity and access management ecosystem, we design, implement, and maintain the processes that govern who has access to what, when, and how. Your expertise will ensure that our users have seamless and intuitive access to the resources they need to perform their jobs, while also safeguarding our organisation's sensitive assets and intellectual property from unauthorized access. By developing and maintaining a centralized catalogue of resources and services, we provide a single pane of glass for access requests, approvals, and provisioning.
YOUR CHALLENGEDemonstration of appropriate values and behaviours including but not limited to standards on honesty and integrity, due care and diligence, fair dealing (treating customers fairly), management of conflicts of interest, competence and continuous development, adequate risk management, and compliance with applicable laws and regulations
Assess authorisation models for applications to be onboarded and respective usage of connectors fit for risk level
Execute processes in line with the security concept of the affected application
Adhere to change management process
Maintain the catalog and enforce standards based on communicated requirements
YOUR PROFILEAbility to work independent and as part of a virtual team
Good communication, presentation and organizational skills in cross-cultural environments
Ability to interact and communicate with different teams and hierarchy levels
Motivated for self-learning and information gathering
Keep attention to details and accurate working
Ability to analyse problems and provide solutions to complex issues and challenges
At least 3-5 years of experience in Identity Access Management or a related field, with a strong focus on migration projects and application onboarding
In-depth knowledge of access management principles, including identity lifecycle management, role-based access control, and attribute-based access control
Strong understanding of different authorisation models
Knowledgeable of common frameworks in the IAM environment
Profound know-how of designing entitlements and access packages to enable provisioning
Manage and maintain a catalogue ensuring seamless user experience
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills paired with ability to interpret complex technical information
Proficiency with Active Directory, Entra ID or related systems
Experience with ServiceNow (configuration) is a plus
The following educations are an advantage: ITIL Foundation Certificate, CISSP, CISM, CISA
