Approximately four to five years of relevant human capital experience as an Associate or similar at a leading executive search firm or similar people-focused professional services firm. Exposure to private equity clients or PE-backed companies, with an appreciation of the pace and dynamics inherent in PE environments. Sector familiarity in software/data, B2B tech services, and healthcare topics is a plus, but not mandatory. Collaborative team player, with the ability to build relationships across the investment team and portfolio operations group, as well as rapport with executives Demonstrable maturity and professional presence, evidencing confidence and polish in engaging with stakeholders at all levels including senior leadership. Customer/service orientation with a strong desire to contribute and add value. Self-starter with a positive can-do attitude. Strong attention to detail, exceptional follow through and consistently able to deliver results. Advanced technical skills in Microsoft Office suite (e.g.Word, PowerPoint and Excel). Fluent written and spoken English. A second language (e.g. French, German) is a plus, but not mandatory. Outstanding academic track record (2:1 or above or equivalent at graduate level).

Purpose of the Role
This is a fixed-term position to cover maternity leave for 12 months. The candidate will play a key role in supporting the Operator Network team, ensuring continuity and delivery of key initiatives during the cover period. This maternity cover role offers an excellent opportunity to gain experience in a dynamic, global private equity environment with a differentiated approach to talent.
Role & Responsibilities
Working with colleagues across Five Arrows to source high quality executives across Europe and North America, for pre- and post-deal engagement.
Assist with organising network building initiatives (e.g. hosting events).
Drive research efforts for key projects, in collaboration with the investment or portfolio operations team as required.
Support investment professionals with deal-specific and broader talent-related requests.
Be the driver of continuous process and technological improvements in support of the talent strategy.
Develop strong working knowledge of our deal and contact database, and work with relevant vendors to deliver necessary improvements.
Assist with managing and/or leading key third party supplier relationships across the talent spectrum, from expert networks to top tier executive search firms.
