Pantheon require an experienced and passionate Senior Software Engineer to design and implement new systems and features, as well as modify and maintain existing systems for adaption to business and/or technology changes.
Key Responsibilities

Contribute to the ongoing development of existing integration solutions
Design, develop, modify, implement, and support software components
Determine root cause for the most complex software issues and develop practical, efficient, and permanent technical solutions
Assist in task planning, estimation, scheduling, and staffing
Mentor other developers to allow for skill/knowledge development through advice, coaching, and training opportunities
Determine process improvements, best practices, and develop new processes.

Knowledge & Experience Required 
Required:

10+ years of experience as a .NET Software Developer
Practical and detailed experience of working with Azure
Experience working with Agile development methodologies such as Kanban/Agile and tools such as Azure DevOps / Jira
A natural problem-solving attitude
Conversant with current industry trends
