For further details please visit www.pantheon.comPurpose of the Position
The incumbent in this position will act as an Analyst within the Private Credit Core Portfolio Management (“Credit Core PM”) function, supporting the team in achieving its objectives. The Core PM function is a centralised team covering all private market asset classes into which Pantheon invests. Core PMs are at the intersection of our client expectations & outcomes, our investment process and our operating platform. The team harnesses data and analytics required to support portfolio construction decisions from a single, cohesive and consistent set of processes and platforms. The team collaborates with investment leaders in portfolio monitoring activities including analysing performance, exposures and financial/operating health of portfolio companies in a consistent and repeatable manner. Core PMs curate analytical content for clients & prospective investors leveraging Pantheon’s data platform.
Each investment strategy has a dedicated Core PM team charged with supporting portfolio manager decision making by monitoring asset, fund and client cash flows, performance, exposures and asset financial/operating health. The incumbent in this position will support the private credit team within the wider Core PM function. This covers all Pantheon funds that invest into credit investments across primary, secondary and co-investment strategies.
The Core PM function is also responsible for representing the wider Investment Team in any process re-engineering or new technology platform implementations.
Key Responsibilities:

Support the collation and analysis of underlying investment fund and asset data as part of the team’s wider investment monitoring objectives. Assist in using this data to generate client and portfolio management update materials.
Collaborate with IR on responding to client queries or diligence requests that relate to Investment Team activities
Curate content for portfolio review materials for client meetings and Investment team portfolio review sessions
Support the processes required to allocate investments amongst Pantheon funds, ensuring this is achieved fairly, equitably and in line with individual portfolio strategies.
Support the creation of portfolio manager reporting at the Pantheon fund and underlying investment level. Respond to portfolio manager queries as needed.
Support the creation and maintenance of fund financial models for all Pantheon fund types and structures, including traditional commitment-based structures, open and closed-ended evergreen funds. Models are maintained through the life of a fund to support active portfolio management and fund management decisions.
Support the development of liquidity strategies for Pantheon funds to ensure that funds operate within acceptable risk limits whilst also maximising returns. Monitor the enactment of these strategies once in place.
Working alongside internal and external teams, oversee the workflow management and reporting of deal pipelines, ensuring that Investment Teams have visibility on deal progress and access to the associated data as needed.
Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations and Pantheon policy (including reporting compliance risks and maintaining appropriate standards of conduct)
