Purpose of Position
Pantheon require an experienced and passionate CRM Software Engineer to design and implement new systems and features, as well as modify and maintain existing systems for adaption to business and/or technology changes.
 The Engineer will participate in development activities across CRM projects ensuring that the software produced is written in a standard, maintainable and efficient manner.
Key Responsibilities

Contribute to the ongoing development of existing CRM applications
Design, develop, modify, implement, and support software components
Determine root cause for the most complex software issues and develop practical, efficient, and permanent technical solutions
Assist in task planning, estimation, scheduling, and staffing
Determine process improvements, best practices, and develop new processes

Knowledge & Experience Required 

3+ years of experience as a Dynamics CRM / 365 CE Software Engineer
Experience working with Agile development methodologies such as Kanban/Agile and tools such as Azure DevOps / Jira
Power Platform: Power Apps (multiple Model Driven and Canvas), Power Automate, Power BI (embedded report as well as Symantec Model)
Git Code Repositories in Azure DevOps
Azure Synapse Link
Azure Application Insights for all Power Platform logging and monitoring
Dataverse
Azure Integration Service Connections out of D365 only as well as S2S app user accounts for Azure Function Managed Identities
