KKR is seeking an experienced professional to join the firm’s Global Communications team to support the key operations and data management activity that underpins the firm’s external and internal communications across the globe. The ideal candidate is an all-around utility player with excellent collaboration, organizational and project management skills. This newly created role requires strong technology proficiency and experience across data management systems, MS Excel & PPT, strategic planning and vendor and budget management. KKR’s Global Communications team is responsible for internal and external communications, management of KKR’s brand and reputation, and serving as spokespeople for the firm.  This role is based in KKR’s Dublin office.
 
Responsibilities:

Work as a member of KKR’s Global Communications team to protect and enhance KKR’s brand and reputation by supporting a world-class communications program that advances the firm’s core growth priorities.
Contribute to fast-paced and mission critical communications workflows across KKR’s external corporate communications and media relations engagements, deal and portfolio company activity, and global internal communications programming.
Design and manage workflows, reporting and dashboards to track progress, inform strategy and update the Global Communications team and KKR’s senior leadership. Oversee maintenance of trackers for media, announcements, campaigns and internal communications activity.
Support global vendor management, invoice processing, budgeting, and strategic planning in partnership with Global and Regional Communications leads and Marketing Operations and Finance business partners.
Provide project management for cross-functional initiatives, coordinating and keeping internal stakeholders updated on communications activities.
Work with external communications team outside vendors to advance media intelligence, reporting, and distribution of key information.
Drive technology adoption across the team, supporting greater use of AI, automation, and analytics to enhance communications impact. Contribute to the Global Communications team’s use of internal databases, management systems and technology tools.
Develop and implement repeatable processes for communications tasks, identifying opportunities for efficiency and improved data tracking.
Assist with preparation of executive briefings, collecting key facts, and conducting ad-hoc research. Maintain internal guidelines, best practices, training materials, and internal distribution lists.
Collaborate with Marketing and Analytics teams to collect data, measure impact, and generate insights through KPIs and reporting frameworks.
Advance communications engagement across KKR and its portfolio companies by sharing best practices, collecting success stories, and contributing to technology and data initiatives.

 
Qualifications:

6+ years of professional experience in an operational project management role. Proven operator with track-record of managing complex workflows and operational and administrative tasks.
Highly analytical and process oriented.
High-energy level/passion for the work; proactive and performance-driven in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Experience supporting or managing budgeting and financial operations.
Strong technology proficiency including workflow tools and Microsoft Office Suite. Experience with Asana, Salesforce, Tableau or Power BI, Snowflake, and Concur is a strong plus.
Background in financial services and multi-national companies is preferred.
Proven ability to take initiative and work independently, handle multiple projects simultaneously, take a hands-on approach to work, have a critical eye to detail, and ensure deadlines are met.
Ability to manage highly sensitive, confidential information with complete discretion.
Strong interpersonal and communications skills, both written and verbal.
Solution-oriented team player who reflects the firm’s core values and principles (high integrity, apolitical, grounded, commitment to excellence, respectful).
Demonstrated use of AI, technology systems and analytics.
