KKR is building out an enterprise Data Operations group to collect, manage, and harness the power of data across our diverse business activities. The Data Operations Center of Excellence (CoE) is a cross-functional team dedicated to formulating and driving KKR’s enterprise data management strategy while also providing the operating leverage required to bring these strategies and frameworks to life.
We are hiring a BI & Reporting Specialist within the Data Operations CoE, based in Dublin. This individual will focus on designing, developing, and maintaining reporting and dashboard solutions that provide critical insights to stakeholders across KKR. The role requires strong hands-on skills in modern BI and visualization tools (such as Power BI and Sigma), deep understanding of financial and asset management data, and the ability to work with stakeholders to transform data into clear, actionable reporting.
This is a hands-on role suited for someone who combines strong technical ability with business understanding, ensuring reporting outputs are both accurate and decision-useful. Private markets knowledge is preferred.
RESPONSIBILITIES

Design, build, and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI, Sigma, and other visualization tools to support business decision-making
Partner with business teams to understand reporting needs and translate them into scalable, repeatable BI solutions
Work closely with Data Operations, Technology, and business stakeholders to source, validate, and structure data for reporting purposes
Ensure reporting outputs are accurate, consistent, and aligned with data governance and quality standards
Optimize data models and reporting workflows to improve performance and scalability
Deliver clear documentation, training, and support to ensure adoption and effective use of reporting solutions across stakeholder groups
Proactively identify opportunities to enhance reporting capabilities and introduce best practices in data visualization and storytelling
Support ad hoc analysis and reporting requests with high quality and timely outputs
