Responsibilities:
Enhance Efficiencies in executing Investment Transactions for WM Clients in a timely and accurate manner.
Ensure Trades allocations are completed on a timely basis. Escalations are made for any pending settlements.
Understand the customer’s needs and provide efficient and accurate solutions for banc assurance related queries.
Work within the TAT of the said processes without errors. Escalate if there are any delays or issues to team leader.
Collaborate with Business in understanding their requirements and delivering Operational support to enable product rollouts
Skills:
Bachelor’s Degree
3-4 years banking experience in an Investment Operations role or in a similar function
Knowledge of Investment Ops
Good administration and organizational skills.
Well versed with MS Excel, MS Word and MS Power Point.
