Skill Farm Finance Experts Are Invited to Apply for the Following Role:
Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement strategic plans for managing Golf Saudi's portfolio of assets, including golf courses, real estate properties, and related infrastructure.
• Conduct financial analysis, market research, and feasibility studies to evaluate investment opportunities and optimize asset performance.
• Monitor and manage the operational and financial performance of assets, including revenue generation, cost management, and profitability analysis.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders (finance, operations, legal) to negotiate contracts, lease agreements, and partnerships related to asset management.
• Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including property developers, investors, and government authorities, to support asset management strategies and initiatives.
• Implement asset management best practices, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Prepare and present reports, financial forecasts, and investment proposals to senior management and stakeholders to support decision-making processes.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field. A Master's degree or professional certification (e.g., CFA, CPA) is a plus. • 5+ years of experience in asset management, real estate investment, or portfolio management, preferably within the sports, hospitality, or real estate industry. • Proven track record of managing and optimizing asset portfolios to achieve financial goals and objectives. Proven track record of successfully driving revenue growth and developing strategic partnerships.
