Responsibilities:
Firstly, you must know and assimilate the internal procedures regarding KYC/anti-money laundering, for which you will be in constant training (monthly training sessions organized internally).
Receive KYC report requests in the system and pre-analyze the general and money laundering risk elements that can be identified in a client to understand the associated risk that corresponds to that specific client.
Collect all the information/documentation necessary for the type of client from internal and external databases and detect the risk elements that need to be elevated for analysis.
Obtain from the client the necessary documents and information that could not be located in internal and external databases, for which purpose it must be coordinated with the business teams.
Prepare KYC reports with the information collected in the previous point.
Enter the information into the system to calculate the money laundering risk associated with each client.
Coordinate with the Anti-Money Laundering Prevention Unit the closing of the KYC process and the evaluation of the general risk.
Skills:
Higher Degree or University Degree in Administration, Law, Finance or similar.
At least one year of experience in a similar area or carrying out administrative or legal work.
Intermediate level of English (ability to understand written text).
