Responsibilities:

Analyze and validate the monthly consolidation

– Implement monthly controlling cycle (P&L, BS, Cash Flow)

– Develop & implement company specific accounting policies

– Perform & document ad hoc accounting analysis related to new products, part nerships and other specific transactions

– Set-up, execute and manage periodic financial statement preparation process –

– Manage the Group«s liquidity positions and search for optimization

– Enhance and improve internal controls over financial reporting, including financial risk management

– Manage other periodic financial reporting (for example: asset, capital, cash, financial risks)

Skills:

– 12-15 years in similar roles and/or with Big 4 audit/accounting firms.

– IFRS accounting, consolidated financial statements, internal control over financial reporting

– Consolitation tools

– Financial statement preparation.

– Accounting analisis

– Comfortable with managing multiple people at the same time in different jurisdictions and functions.

– English and Spanish required (minimum B2). Portuguese is a nice to have.
