Responsibilities:

Developing presentation material to effectively communicate key business drivers
Presenting financial summary information in monthly results meetings to the Product Manager and his/her leadership team
Providing technical expertise that supports engineers and project managers in the annual Research and Development (R&D) burdened rate calculation process, reporting & analysis
Assisting in the development of the annual budget and quarterly forecast submissions
Understanding and applying calculations/methodologies to produce variance analysis & commentary/business insights
Understanding the impact on various corporate initiatives utilizing Discounted Cash Flow (DCF) method to support decision making
Gathering & submitting data for R&D tax credits

Skills:

Proven experience in financial & management reporting, analysis, FP&A, intercompany, month end processes and DCFs
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret complex financial data, trends and patterns
Proficiency with large databases and advanced reporting tools such as Power Query and Power BI
Excellent customer service skills working in a global environment with multiple stakeholders to drive outcomes
Self-starter who works well independently and in team settings
Excellent communication skills highly desired, however at a minimum preferred candidates are comfortable engaging with leadership in both written and oral communications
