Eprcomunicazione Bolsters Advisory Board with Top Talent
Milan, Italy - Eprcomunicazione, the publicly-traded communications and public relations firm, has announced the appointment of a prestigious new Advisory Board to provide strategic counsel to the company's leadership.
The new advisory body includes Federico Zuin, former CEO of Mashfrog Group and a prominent figure in Italy's tech and logistics sectors; Maria Carmela Colaiacovo, Chairwoman of Il Sole 24 Ore and a seasoned executive with deep ties across Italian business and finance; and Flavio Piva, Chairman of BCC Veneta and a senior leader in the country's cooperative banking network.
The appointments come as Eprcomunicazione seeks to leverage its recent public listing on the Euronext Growth Milan exchange to drive expansion and capitalize on rising demand for strategic communications services. According to industry sources, the firm has been actively pursuing M&A opportunities to bolster its capabilities and client roster.
"Eprcomunicazione is at an inflection point, and we wanted to assemble a world-class advisory team to help guide our next phase of growth," said the company's CEO, Matteo Renzi. "The collective expertise and networks of Federico, Maria Carmela, and Flavio will be invaluable as we look to strengthen our position in the market."
Federico Zuin, who was elected Chairman of the new Advisory Board, brings decades of experience scaling tech-enabled businesses. As CEO of Mashfrog, he oversaw the firm's transformation into a leading provider of digital services and solutions. Zuin also holds equity stakes in logistics group Ai-Log and cryptocurrency exchange BTC Italia.
"Eprcomunicazione has built an impressive platform, and I'm excited to work alongside the management team to identify new avenues for innovation and growth," Zuin commented. "The communications and PR landscape is evolving rapidly, and I believe the company is well-positioned to capitalize on emerging trends."
Maria Carmela Colaiacovo, meanwhile, adds deep expertise in media, real estate, and Italy's broader business community. In addition to her role as Chairwoman of Il Sole 24 Ore, she serves on the boards of Colacem, Tourist SpA, and Unicredit, Italy's largest bank.
"Strong communications capabilities are essential for any organization navigating today's complex operating environment," Colaiacovo said. "I look forward to lending my experience to help Eprcomunicazione continue raising the bar for its clients."
Flavio Piva rounds out the new Advisory Board, bringing extensive knowledge of Italy's cooperative banking sector. As Chairman of BCC Veneta and the Federazione Veneta delle BCC, he oversees a network of community-focused lenders across the Veneto region.
"Eprcomunicazione's work spans multiple industries, and I'm confident my background will prove valuable as the firm explores new market opportunities," Piva stated.
With its reinforced advisory function, Eprcomunicazione aims to build on its recent momentum and cement its position as a leading communications partner for Italian businesses and institutions.
Eprcomunicazione's move to bring on a prestigious new advisory board signals its intent to leverage deep industry expertise and relationships to navigate a rapidly evolving communications and PR landscape. The appointments of seasoned executives like Federico Zuin and Maria Carmela Colaiacovo indicate Eprcomunicazione's ambition to elevate its strategic positioning and better serve its clients through enhanced advisory capabilities.
