The Consolidated Supervision team is part of the Non-Financial Risk Control Department based in Head Office and oversees the implementation of the Global Minimum Standards (Global Minimum Standard – GMS) and Global Minimum Controls (Global Minimum Control – GMC) in Switzerland as well as in all international locations. The team is responsible for the Group Internal Control Framework as well as for the implementation of the Global Minimum Control (GMC) within the entities of the Group. The team acts as the center of competence for internal controls and provides support to the international locations in the implementation of their local frameworks. The team also acts as the independent responsible unit to conduct Quality Assurance across Group locations and risk types, to verify that the Group standards and controls have been properly implemented and adhered to. We are looking for a highly motivated Business Data Analyst, who is passionate about building solutions focused on process efficiency.

YOUR CHALLENGEProvide guidance on the Internal Control framework | Policy Management Framework and tools to the international locations for the implementation of the relevant local key controls | group policies and the reporting of the control results

Consolidate input from international locations on GMC | GMS applicability, implementation and results for key stakeholders, Global Policy Owners, Risk Type Owners and Senior Management
