Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, preferably in an economic or legal subject. Experience working in a professional and corporate environment; and relevant experience in a compliance, legal or regulatory field would be beneficial. Technical and professional skills or knowledge of testing methodology, risk and controls analysis. Strong oral and written communication skills. Exceptional interpersonal and relationship management skills; ability to interact with all levels of employees. Ability to operate and prioritise in a fast-moving & demanding environment and deal with complex situations. Strong analytical mindset with an ability to synthesize data; detail-oriented with a focus on quality results. Ability to be self-guided and motivated, working to complete tasks thoroughly and requesting assistance if needed. Ability to maintain confidentiality and data accuracy when handling sensitive information. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Product Suite. Inside the Program

Understand how the rotation and mentorship will run.

The Compliance Analyst works with the Compliance and Risk Management team to provide compliance support to the Global Client Group, oversee the compliance policy repository, and facilitate the review, production, and submission of records pertaining to regulatory requests. The team’s role includes marketing and advertising compliance, client reporting and requests for proposals, as well as management reporting. The team also assists the firm in Code of Ethics reviews and reporting, collating committee and board reports, assisting with regulatory and client correspondence, and keeping abreast of regulatory developments and operating practices in the UK and EMEA. It plays an important role in executing business compliance matters by providing evaluation, development, maintenance, testing, and monitoring of regulatory compliance programs and related client reporting.

This position works closely with Compliance, Risk, and Legal colleagues across Dimensional’s global offices, and business representatives across the firm including the Global Client Group, seeking to ensure Dimensional remains compliant with all regulatory bodies and governing laws.

This role may be based in Dimensional’s London or Dublin offices.
