Qualifications
• 6-8 years of corporate finance, FP&A, accounting, investment banking or consulting experience; • Experience in the financial services and/or asset management industry desired; • Outstanding analytical skills; • Building and working with complex financial models; • Basic understanding of financial statements and accounting; • Advanced Microsoft Excel knowledge with modeling skills; and • Familiarity with Workday or other financial planning and analysis software a plus. Personal Attributes • Self-starter with a proven ability to take initiative; • Responsible with a strong work ethic and sense of dedication; • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills; • Ability to work in a fast paced environment; • Works well under pressure and with time constraints; • Outstanding organization skills with high attention-to-detail; • Team-oriented with strong integrity and professionalism; and • Must be able to handle highly confidential information and situations with professionalism and tact.
