1 - 2 years of analyst experience at an investment bank within equity capital markets, private capital markets, financial sponsor coverage, or an industry vertical Strong attention to detail with a proven ability to multitask and operate as both a self-starter and team player Strong financial acumen, data analysis, and presentation (i.e., Excel, PowerPoint) skills Excellent written, oral communication, and reasoning skills Ability to work under pressure in a rapidly changing environment to meet deadlines Interest in equity markets withan understanding of macro trends and market environment About Apollo Apollo is a high-growth, global alternative asset manager. Apollo Capital Solutions (“ACS”) anchors the Firm’s capital markets, syndication, and dedicated origination efforts. As one centralized team, ACS partners with each of Apollo’s investment businesses to provide capital markets expertise, structuring, execution, and ultimately drive syndication efforts on investments across Credit, Hybrid, and Equity. The Role
The ACS Equity Capital Markets (“ECM”) team manages all equity-market-related transactions across the Apollo ecosystem, including Initial Public Offerings (IPOs), Follow-On Offerings, and Block Trades. The team plays a key role throughout the lifecycle of Apollo’s investments by shaping exit strategies, supporting portfolio companies, generating market insights, and exploring new exit technology & alternatives.
