A luxury developer in the construction industry is seeking a Finance Assistant to support the team.
Role & Responsibilities:
Organise the company's day-to-day accounting procedures
Provide support on Finance related projects
Process AP invoices, payments and intercompany billings
Act as first point of contact for AP queries, both internal and external
Administration of the accounts inbox(s)
Assist with Finance related projects, including a new systems integration project
Reconcile bank transactions and statements
Assist with month-end activities
Investigate and resolve outstanding creditor items
Review and process employee expense claims
The role requires somebody with experience in a similar role who is used to dealing with high invoicing volumes and multi-entity businesses. The ideal candidate will be highly organised, a strong communicator and pro-active - ideally with industry experience although this is not essential.
Netsuite experience is highly desirable, and you must be a confident user of Excel.
