Advanced proficiency in Workday, particularly Talent and Performance, and Learning modules, with the ability to optimize workflows and reporting for efficiency and impact. Exceptional analytical and presentation skills, leveraging PowerPoint and Excel to deliver insights that influence talent decisions. Proactive problem-solver with a continuous improvement mindset and a track record of driving process enhancements. Professional certification (SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP or PHR/SPHR) preferred.
