To be considered for the 2026 Summer Associate / Senior Associate Program, applicants must meet the following criteria: Full-time MBA student graduating between December 2026 and July 2027 Fluency (reading and written) in English and Japanese Resume must include expected graduation month/year. Summer Associate / Senior Associates are involved in transaction due diligence, valuation analysis, and the negotiating of contracts and other agreements. The relatively small size of this group offers Summer Associate / Senior Associates the opportunity to work closely with senior members of the firm and to have extensive interaction with management teams and external advisors.
